In CrossFit and Functional Fitness bodyweight movements often fall under the term gymnastics made up of muscle-ups, pull-ups, handstand push-ups and other movements slightly different such as box jumps, wall balls and much more. Each Movement can be made the little bit harder adding weighted vests or bigger boxes. At Strength Alliance we know exactly what equipment works, we are athletes ourselves and actually use our own products on a daily basis. You won’t find gimmicks here only results.
We haven’t tried to re-invent the wheel here only make it bigger and better. For example, when you first get hands on with one of our medicine balls you’ll notice a difference straight away, the material is tougher and the weighted inner is made from rubber particles just throwing the ball once you’ll realize how much better they are and that we really take the finer details seriously.
